  I LOVE this place. Super helpful. Very knowledgable. Clean. Reasonably priced. I have a 2001 VW GTI and they have not only been keeping it going but also helping me do some upgrades. As a woman, they do not
  make me feel stupid - which is good because I do know what I'm talking about and I would leave in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone

  Good experience as usual with Letcher. They were quick to respond to my service request and set up a day/time. On the day, they quickly took all the necessary information and shuttled me home. An hour later, I had a full and clear estimate of the work to be done, and upon my approval, the work was done by the end of the day, including major recommended service interval, front and rear brakes, and new battery, and a few other minors fixes. Probably could have gotten brakes and battery slightly cheaper by shopping around, but the convenience of "one-stop shopping" was worth paying a minor premium. Will continue to patronize Letcher's.
