  HORRIBLE. i called to see if they covered rodeo, ca for a built in double oven (electric), i got someone named Henry on the phone, after i said hello and asked how he was (because i was taught to have manners), great, right WRONG, before i got far enough to ask them if they covered the area and when they could come out, i got a phoney please leave a message. what a crock. I hope they treated the customers they already have with some more respect than their potential customers. what a disgrace. And the reason i called them is because they were recommended by Home Adviser, what a horrible horrible customer service, i cant imagine how they treat existing customers
